Abstract

A transparent Momentum Score rewards discovery and balanced representation. Gemini provides roster-aware guidance and league recaps, while responsible-language constraints keep the experience focused on fan engagement.

Team USA × Google Cloud Hackathon

The product focuses on underfollowed sports and Olympic–Paralympic connections. Users draft sports and hometown hubs instead of individual athletes.

The prototype connects a draft room, roster dashboard, and league experience using Next.js, TypeScript, Gemini, and Google Cloud Run. AI calls stay server-side.

My roles were team lead, product manager, product designer, and engineer.

Draft USA received an Honorable Mention in the Team USA × Google Cloud Hackathon.
